It is 1 of 4 Images in The Tropical Life Collection By SCWarren

This beautiful painting truly captures the essence of the Tropics with its bold use of color, giving the work a bright, cheerful and happy feeling. This work feature a Cayman Parrot at play, while by his side a cluster of Bougainvillea in an old wooden barrel adds a plethora of color to this tropical scene. In the back ground is a tropical harbor with the Caribbean Sea crashing upon the Iron Shore rocks. Near by is a shaded porch protected from the tropical sun by a thatched palm roof.

This fine works of art have been the favorites of tourist and locals alike; i.e., it can be found hanging in the West Bay Post Office, hotel lobbies, restaurants, private homes and more.

SCWarren is an accomplished SCUBA Diver and a World Traveler; His Paintings are an Attempt to capture some of the Beauty he has found Through His Adventures. Moreover, Tropical Life # 2 and the Tropical Life Collection is an attempt by the artist to bring a little joy into peoples lives. Now a day, we are being bombarded by so much negativity; even feeling a little over whelmed at times. Thus SCWarren is hoping that his work, when gazed upon, can enable the viewer to loose themselves, even if just for a moment, and transcend themselves to a happier time or place.

The Artist is self taught; originally from Columbus, Ohio. It took a "Muse" in Portugal, where the Artist lived for 5 years, to motivate SCWarren to start painting (Oil/Canvas). His Muse was a beautiful, Cultured and Fascinating Girl from Portsmouth, England; whose Father acquiesced his Danish Royal Title to Marry a Beautiful English Model. YES, Just like in the Fairy Tails.Tropical Life #2 was actually painted while the Artist was living in The Cayman Islands, his home for 10 years, after living in Portugal. So it seems it took the Motivation of a Muse, from Portugal and the Beauty of the Caribbean for SCWarren to find his "Bailey-Wick", Painting Oil on Canvas.

SCWarren now lives in Florida, were he is a full time care giver to his 94 year young Father and continues to create new works of art.
